The remaining two bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and require stairs - For an optional fee of $75, guests can use the community private boat launch adjacent to the property. The fee should be collected at least 24 hours prior to check in so that guests can gain access to the boat launch gate key. Please reach out to the owner if you are interested in using the boat launch. - Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the back of the house and faces the yard, camera 2 is located on the front of the house and faces the parking area, camera 3 is located on the shed and faces the house and driveway, and camera 4 is a Blink doorbell camera located by the front entrance facing out. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record video when motion is detected by the devices or when the video doorbell button is pressed

Our private dock gives you even more options—relax in the sun, cast a line, or bring your own boat or jet skis and keep them conveniently tied up during your stay. **We will no longer be accepting bookings from construction companies and crew members, all reservations under that will be canceled**
